What it does

Invoices that pass. EN 16931 semantics, XRechnung 3.0 and Peppol BIS 3.0 output, validated against the official KoSIT validator.
Eleven country profiles. Sweden, Germany, Austria, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Italy, Spain and Poland, each with its own VAT rates, mandatory wording and numbering rules.
A live compliance checklist on every invoice, split into what must be fixed, what your own country requires, and what applies to this particular customer.
Print-ready PDFs in nine languages, plus reverse charge, small-business exemption and export handling.
No account, no cloud. Everything is stored in a file on your Mac.

Honest limits

Klarfakt writes and validates e-invoices and sends them the way the law allows, by email. It is not a Peppol access point, and it does not yet export Italian FatturaPA or Polish KSeF formats. It is invoicing software, not tax advice.
