Klarfakt collects nothing. It has no account system, no analytics, and no permission to reach the network at all.

Nothing. There is no sign-up, no profile and no telemetry. We receive no personal data from the app, so there is none for us to store, share or sell.
Your seller details, customers and invoices are written to a single file inside your own user Library folder on your Mac. They are never transmitted to QvantX Sweden AB or to anyone else. If you use Time Machine, iCloud Drive or another backup tool, that file is covered by whatever you have already configured; that is between you and Apple.
Klarfakt runs inside Apple’s App Sandbox and is shipped without the network client entitlement. A sandboxed app cannot open outbound connections that it has not declared. The claim above is therefore enforced by macOS, not merely by our word, and Apple verifies it during review.
Klarfakt Pro is sold through the Mac App Store. Apple handles the payment and tells the app whether a purchase exists. We never see your name, card, address or Apple Account. Apple’s own privacy policy governs that transaction.
When you export a PDF or an e-invoice XML, the file is written where you choose. Sending it to a customer is your action, in your own email client. Klarfakt does not send anything on your behalf.
Klarfakt is business software and is not directed at children.
The GDPR gives you rights of access, correction and erasure over personal data a company holds about you. We hold none from this app. If you have emailed us for support, that correspondence sits in our mailbox and you can ask us to delete it at ani.bjorkstrom@qvantx.com. You may also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
If a future version of Klarfakt ever needs the network, for example to send an invoice through a Peppol access point, that will be an explicit, optional feature and this page will be updated before it ships.
